Terms of use

These terms cover futureblitz.dev: its pages, its documentation, and the files it serves. Using the site means agreeing to them.

FutureBlitz itself

FutureBlitz, its compiler, its tools, and its standard library are open source, under the license in its repository, Apache-2.0. That license, not these terms, says what you can do with the software and its source. The C libraries its standard library links have their own licenses, which fb build lists for each program.

The docs

The documentation and its examples are here to help you use FutureBlitz. You’re welcome to copy the code examples into your own programs, under the same license as FutureBlitz, Apache-2.0.

Use of the site

  • Don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its limits, or reach what isn’t meant to be public.
  • Automated reading of the docs is fine at a polite pace.

No warranty

The site and the software are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the FutureBlitz project isn’t liable for any damage from using them.

The package registry

The package registry, at pkg.futureblitz.dev, will have terms of its own, for accounts and for publishing packages, when it opens.

Contact

Questions about these terms, or about the site, go to FutureBlitz’s GitHub issues, or to the project’s Discord server.
